Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a strong passion for fashion to join their team. This role requires solid administrative experience as it involves a variety of administrative tasks.
Important: Wholesale experience is a must before applying.
Position Details:
• Role: Showroom Administrative Assistant
• Location: DTLA (Onsite)
• Schedule: Transition from part-time to full-time, starting at 3 days a week for approximately 4 hours per day
• Pay Rate: $32.00/hour
• Parking: Reimbursed
• Transportation: Light driving required; must have own transportation
• Background Check: Required upon hiring
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Management
• Organize and manage showroom samples and fabric swatches
• Prepare and produce fabric swatches for clients
Office Management
• Maintain and organize the office filing system
• Coordinate via email and ensure effective communication
Routing and Logistics
• Coordinate with the warehouse and understand client requirements for routing goods
Administration
• Assist with light travel coordination and various administrative tasks using Word and Excel
Shipping and Packaging
• Help with shipping and packaging samples for sales reps and clients
E-Commerce Assistance
• Support sales tracking on NuOrder
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Experience with NuOrder is a plus
• A passion for men’s fashion brands is essential
