Job Description
As a Window Fitter Helper, you will play a key role in assisting our window fitters with installations, repairs, and other on-site tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist window fitters with measuring, cutting, and installing windows.
Help with the preparation of job sites, including moving materials and tools.
Carry and handle materials, ensuring they are stored and transported safely.
Support with the removal of old windows and disposal of debris.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on-site.
Requirements:
No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training!
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fitters.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not required.
