• In depth knowledge of Server management
• Physical & Desktop Support to all users (Software & Hardware) Repair & Maintenance.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems. Daily monitoring the performance of information technology systems/security systems.
• Installation, Configuration, Formatting, updating & Troubleshooting PC's & Laptops.
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Qualifications
Tekla server administration is a plus
Knowledge of CCTV camera management
