- Get upskilled and certified on workshops assigned to you as per timelines and take ownership of the completion of the same
- Deliver workshops as assigned - The workshops can be assigned for Corporate, US, UK, Australia and New Zealand shift timings hence flexibility is a must
- Work on projects as assigned and should take complete ownership for end to end execution and meeting timelines. These projects can be stretch assignments over and above the daily role
- In addition, you will be required to work closely with learning partners, business leaders and HR to drive nominations for workshops, align calendar as per TNI done and ensure 100% adherence to the roadmap
- Adherence to governance guidelines like DBR, Post training effectiveness activities, tracking self progress etc.
- Take ownership in getting upskilled on new programs for higher role bands
- Should be willing to work in shifts and open for travelling is a MUST
- Should be willing to travel to any of the location facilities for workshops or projects on a daily basis (eg Mumbai has 4 facilities, should be able to travel everyday as per need)
