Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with HTML skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in WordPress development, including plugin and theme development, customization, and optimization, as well as experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop WordPress plugins and themes to meet client needs and specifications
• Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to achieve desired functionality and appearance
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress sites, including content management, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and visually appealing web pages
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with web standards
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and web technologies
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by using best practices and standards
Requirements:
• Strong experience in WordPress development, including plugin and theme development, customization, and optimization
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress APIs, including the REST API
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Knowledge of web development tools and technologies, including version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development or web development
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
