Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress/Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a specific focus on WordPress. This role involves creating and maintaining websites, ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and functional websites.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects are cutting-edge.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a WordPress/ Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress-based projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL for back-end development.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
• Atleast 1 year of Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Atleast 1 year Experience with Wordpress front and backend management.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and implementations.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with other CMS platforms is a plus.
