Job description
The Transformation Group is a Salesforce Consulting Partner. Our clients are reputable global brands and we partner with them to transform their customer and employee experiences using Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of business analysis, solid skills in project management and experience in a variety of enterprise systems as well as end user support and most importantly, someone who gets excited helping innovate new systems from an initial implementation stage. The candidate will oversee and facilitate business and technical requirements for our US client's enterprise applications including Salesforce in support of a rapidly growing business across a portfolio of brands.
Competencies
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our client's business team in the US.
5+ years experience as a Business/Technology Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with enterprise applications and their requisite components.
Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce.com/CRM technologies is highly preferred.
Strong functional and administration skills with enterprise applications, most specifically with Salesforce.com.
Experience in technology projects using Agile methodologies.
Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
Ability to communicate technology concepts to non-technology staff and at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, business process, system flows and project objectives for our client's team, including working on Salesforce products and other enterprise systems.
Produce diagrams and technical documentation, communicating with developers to make sure functionalities and project scope are well understood and executed.
Designing the future state solution, development objects related to their process and project scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation.
Present requirements to the QA team, reviewing test cases and scenarios.
Support project implementation, including managing training, UAT, rollout planning and support, creating documentation & SOPs, and knowledge transfer to steady-state teams.
Troubleshoot and debug reported problems of applications to support our client's end users.
Advise on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms.
Learn and evaluate new technologies/applications to ensure they meet business need
Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in multiple projects
