Job Description
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, billing, account questions, or technical troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
Identify and report common customer problems and feedback to management to improve processes and services.
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and promotions.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Adhere to company data protection and confidentiality policies.
Preferred candidate profile:
Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
