Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to implement online campaigns, optimize content, and improve the companys digital footprint across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online presence, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Plan and execute paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Manage SEO initiatives to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Create and oversee content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital media.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and copy that align with marketing goals.
• Monitor and manage the companys social media presence and engage with audiences.
• Optimize landing pages and user journeys to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing platforms.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with remote or work-from-home experience.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that drive business results, including increasing web traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Working Hours
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible working hours with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Expected to be available for team meetings during core hours.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in writing and editing digital content that is engaging and SEO-friendly.
