Internship Opportunity: Content Manager & Social Media Specialist
About Us: RaghavMittal.com is focused on automation, social media marketing, and UI/UX design. We are looking for a creative and dedicated intern to help us expand our online presence through engaging content and effective social media strategies.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage content creation using Perplexity, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Develop and schedule daily posts for our Instagram account to increase engagement and follower growth.
• Write blog articles and website content to boost SEO and drive traffic.
• Regularly update and refresh website content to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and interactive content.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to align with current best practices.
• Provide weekly reports on social media performance and content engagement.
Qualifications:
• Strong writing skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with Perplexity, Claude, and ChatGPT for content generation.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A passion for automation, social media marketing, and UI/UX design is a plus.

About Role:

· Code new objects using Apex for customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
· Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business and security requirements
· Work with Admins and stakeholders to define, create and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and triggers
· Create and maintain documentation on our processes and procedures
· Develop integrations with other systems
· Improve the security of our Salesforce instance
· Create and maintain test cases, execute functional tests cases and adhere to test schedules
· Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Required Skills:
· 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with Flow, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Sales configuration
· Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Class, and Apex code
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field or equivalent
· Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
· Understanding of Agile-based development practices and Sprint planning strategies
