Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our products/services, follow up on leads, and generate sales opportunities.
• Customer Interaction: Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and address any queries or concerns.
• Sales Generation: Persuasively communicate our offerings and convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales in the company CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls as required to ensure customer satisfaction and secure additional sales.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
• Persuasion: Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to influence and convert leads.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

• Experience
• Prior experience in a telecalling, sales, or customer service role is preferred.
• Experience with remote work or working from home is advantageous but not required.
• Working Hours
• This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates are expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week, with the option to set their own schedule within business hours.
