The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and dynamic Domestic Calling Agent to join our team. As a Domestic Calling Agent focused on financial products, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing clients through telephonic communication. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and explain our financial products, address client inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in customer service and a keen interest in financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
• * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell financial products.
• * Provide detailed information about financial products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• * Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the call.
• * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• * Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure satisfaction and to close sales.
• * Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
• * Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and competitors offerings.
