Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and end-users, to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications and integrations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II, App Builder, or other certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Salesforce DX, Git version control
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for optimizing performance.
• Integration Experience: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Jitterbit), and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Models: Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects, relationships, and custom object design.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
