Position Overview
The Workday Analyst acts as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting—owning configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business needs, delivers a strong user experience, and maintains data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
• Serve as the Workday Recruiting functional lead for configuration, testing, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and recommend best practices.
Configuration & Enhancements
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Recruiting functionality (requisitions, workflows, offer letters, etc.).
• Maintain documentation and support integrations (DocuSign, background checks, job boards).
Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide Tier 1–3 support for Workday Recruiting issues.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend process improvements.
Testing & Release Management
• Lead smoke, regression, and UAT testing for Recruiting updates and Workday releases.
• Review release notes, assess impact, and implement relevant updates.
Training & Communication
• Create user guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and communicate system changes to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay current on Workday trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR Systems on cross‑module initiatives and special projects.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS/Workday experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proven Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including global processes and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience with career site configuration, requisition setup, dynamic application processes, and offer workflows.
• DocuSign integration experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives and partnering cross‑functionally.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
