Job Title: Workday HR Testing Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Workday HR modules and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR processes within the Workday system.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of Workday HR modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday HR functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and provide testing support.
• Perform E2E testing, regression tests and validate system responses.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures through rigorous testing.
• Provide training and support to HR users on Workday functionalities.
