The Role
As a Workflow Coordinator, you will:
Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Handle all aspects of document production, including correspondence, reports, and data rooms.
Ensure adherence to house style and firm-specific procedures.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions.
Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks.
Evaluate deadlines and renegotiate proactively if necessary.
Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently up to date.
The Candidate
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You should be able to multitask and manage many projects under tight deadlines, maintain discretion in handling confidential information, and demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills.
