The Role
We're seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our team in Perth North. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery and profitability of Workforce Australia contracts within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of consultants, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure exceptional outcomes
- Collaborate with regional managers to align objectives and priorities
- Establish strong relationships with local community providers and stakeholders
- Ensure timely placement rates and adherence to contractual requirements
Your Qualifications and Attributes
- Proven experience in managing teams and multiple sites
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
