Job Description
RMs strive be the sole banker for their clients and are responsible for sourcing business for the Bank to achieve
growth in assets, net interest income and fee income while maintaining the quality of the accounts. They work
closely with multiple teams across the Bank e.g. Branches Banking, Wholesale Banking Products, Retail
Lending, etc. to generate leads. They also help in delivering One to their clients by offering retail products
and solutions like salary accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver growth on key metrics like asset, NII and Fee Income
2. Striving to be the customers sole/primary banker by cross selling products and solutions across retail
and wholesale banking
3. Ensuring quality new to Bank business is sourced while retaining the current portfolio
4. Managing different lead generation channels like branches, products teams, sales channel, etc.
5. Monitoring && maintaining the portfolio health and minimizing DPDs by ensuring frequent customer
interaction.
6. Working closely with the Credit && Collections teams to monitor early warning signals and devising an
exit plan for stressed accounts
7. Ensuring compliance to both the Regulators and the Banks internal guidelines
