Job Description
As a Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) Consultant at Aegis Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees across 2+ facilities, employing over 4,500 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive integrated WH&S systems.
Provide specialist advice to management and staff on WH&S matters.
Monitor and review group-wide WH&S requirements to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
Identify, investigate, and report on safety issues and potential risks, and manage risk control measures.
Audit compliance against WH&S standards and provide support with corrective actions.

Requirements:
At least 5 years' proven experience working across all aspects of WH&S functions.
Strong contemporary knowledge of best practice in WH&S, injury management, and Workers Compensation.
Proven skills in policy and procedure development and implementation.
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification.
