Green Shoots Investigations/HR is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team!
The role:
As a Workplace Investigator/HR Consultant, you will be responsible for investigating, interviewing, forensically examining evidence, and preparing investigation reports for workplace grievances and complaints related to bullying, ****** harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct. In addition to your investigative duties, you will have the opportunity to pick up HR consulting work, assisting across the employee lifecycle and other HR-related tasks. This role can be offered on a casual or permanent part time basis.

Our next team member will possess:
Experience as an Investigator, HR Consultant, Employee Relations Professional, Lawyer, or Detective (min 5 years).
Degree-qualified preferred.
Certificate III in Investigative Services (or be prepared o complete in an expedited timeline).
Experience in hands-on HR roles and providing practical HR operational advice and support.
Highly developed oral communication skills, with the ability to apply empathy and trauma-informed care.
Excellent time management skills, with an ability to meet strict deadlines.
High analytical ability and attention to detail, with ability to ask probing questions.
Highly developed written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high quality reports.
An ability to suspend judgment and be curious.
A National Police Clearance will be required for the preferred candidate.
