Job Description & Summary

Primary responsibilities within this role would center around People Team Operations including reporting, as well as various other Segment and/or Firm initiatives.
Knowledge of HC reporting is preferred; however, open to a Segment client service senior associate with limited human capital experience assuming reporting and project management skills.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the application of Human Capital strategies in the following areas:
• Understanding business operations as well overall Firm strategy and core functional areas;
• Leveraging understanding of the practice to positively influence Human Capital operational decisions, including understanding the goals of balancing workload, supporting our diversity & inclusion initiatives, optimizing utilization, promoting flexibility, while balancing firm and client needs;
• Providing analyses of Human Capital operations for discussion/review with Human Capital and/or leaders to assess trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Supporting the implementation of projects and developing deliverables;
• Assisting in developing action plans to address as necessary;
• Identifying and communicating with project stakeholders to obtain their input and feedback and to report on project status;
• Analyzing data relevant to project objectives to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop recommended action plans;
• Building working relationships to help communicate progress on responsibilities and deliverables to influence decisions made by HC leadership;
• Leveraging skills such as attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask and juggle shifting priorities;
• Working independently often remotely while being responsive; and,
• Communicating effectively in verbal and written formats.
Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled People experience, including:
• Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging human capital (HC) technology trends and experience innovating with new HC technology tools;
• Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and,
• Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
