Handling multiple stakeholders like client’s logistics team, truck drivers, internal backend teams, field technicians etc. to resolve client’s issue resolution.
• Client relations Management - Customer centric service delivery and relationship building.
Service desk team for inbound calling process.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to learn the software and suggest new processes.
