The Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance with legal issues, legal document preparation, and offering legal assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prepare legal documents , ensure compliance with legal regulations, and provide general legal support . Oversee student payment tracking , salary account management , and basic financial operations . Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment follow-ups . Collaborate with internal teams on both legal and accounts-related matters . Ensure proper documentation and legal filing for all financial dealings. Assist in addressing any legal queries or issues that may arise. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law , Legal Studies , Commerce , or a related field. Proven experience in both legal assistance and accounts/finance management . Strong analytical, problem-solving , and organizational skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities .
