As a Whānau Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Year 7/8 teachers while teaching your own class of students English, Mathematics and Social Sciences through inquiry.
As a teacher, leader and professional, you will:
have sound pedagogical content knowledge
use sound assessment practices
enact culturally responsive practices
enact positive, restorative and relational practices
have successful experience in leading initiatives and people
be able to create optimal learning conditions for students, staff and whānau
