• Perform hands-on tasks in their assigned department.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
• Implement Quality Control measures to prevent damage and minimize waste during the production process.

Departments
As a Technician, you may work in different departments within our facility. Here are the key departments:
• Yard: Responsible for sorting, banding, and staging product for shipment.
• Kiln: Manages the drying process.
• Boiler: Maintain the operation of the boiler.
• Pole and Post: Specializes in production of poles and post through the debarking and peeling processes.
• Treating: Application of the pressure treating process in line with all compliance standards.
• Re-class: Modify existing inventory based on special order and sales needs.
• Spray: Prepare poles and apply coating.
