Join Our Team – Year 2 English & Matys Tutor Wanted in Stanmore (Saturday Mornings at 9:30am)
LoopLearners is seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to join our growing team! Based in Sydney, we offer private K–12 tutoring across all subjects and year levels. LoopLearners was created by tutors, for tutors, fostering a fair and supportive environment where we aim to empower our team with great rates and flexible schedules. Position Available – Immediate Focus
We are currently hiring a tutor for:
Subject: Year 2 English and Maths
Location: In-person at their home in Stanmore or at Stanmore Library initially, and then possible online lesson intermittently.
Day/Time: Saturdays at 9:30am-10:30am
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: $43 per session
General Position Overview
We are also actively looking for tutors in Gladesville, Lane Cove, Chatswood, Hunters Hill, Ryde, and surrounding suburbs.
One-on-one tutoring sessions (in person or online)
Flexibility to set your own schedule
Communicate with parents and adjust lessons as needed
Access to our tutor management system to track your schedule, invoices, and more
What You’ll Earn
General rates: $40–73 per job, depending on subject and experience
This Ryde role is paid at $43 per session
✅ Skills and Qualifications
Education: Must have completed schooling in Australia with a minimum ATAR of 85+, or hold a relevant teaching qualification or experience
Work Rights: Must be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa with work rights (excluding holiday visas)
Compliance: Must hold a current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one
ABN: Must have or be willing to apply for an Australian Business Number (ABN)
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not essential

Expected hours: 1–30 hours per week depending on your availability
Locations: Sydney, NSW (in-person) or online
