We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our welcoming, two-form mainstream Primary school in Ealing (W7). This is a full-time position, with a unique work schedule—every other week, you’ll enjoy a 4-day work week, while still being paid for 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 3 students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support individual learning goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive teaching practices across year groups.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.
• Participate in school-wide activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Experience teaching within the UK primary school system, preferably at KS2.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching, with a commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting students' development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
