Looking for a Year 3 Class Teacher role? Flourish Education are looking to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher to work in a 3-form entry school on a full-time basis. This role has the potential to become permanent from the following academic year.
Our client has been rated GOOD by Ofsted and is in Handsworth and aim to enable children to be happy, engaged and positive about their future. They are looking to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher who can support these attributes.
As a Primary Teacher in our client’s school, you will be responsible for but not limited to planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in a creative and engaging manner, working alongside the teacher assistant, safeguarding all students, marking work in line with the school policy and attending meetings where necessary.
The Primary Teacher role is due to start in January and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year with the potential of a permanent position for September 2026.

• Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to the role
• A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
Working for Flourish Education as a Year 3 Class Teacher you will receive:
• A competitive salary of up to £1+0 per day which equates up to £37,050 per annum based on working 5 days per week for the full academic year
• The option of PAYE or Umbrella
• Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot

• Free Safeguarding Level 1, Prevent and FGM training
• KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse.
