• Mainstream Primary School in Wandsworth

Year 6 Teaching Assistant | Job Description
• Providing classroom support to a Year 6 pupil as a 1:1 LSA
• Supporting other pupils at various points in the school day with Autism Spectrum Condition, Speech and Communication Difficulties, ADHD and Severe Social Anxieties.
• Planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups of students.
• Monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupil achievement, progress and development.
• Building core skills and supporting a strong knowledge base through a tailored approach to the individual needs of the pupils.
This Year 6 Teaching Assistant role will require a motivated, determined, resilient and dedicated individual who is ready to fully embrace challenge and who approaches setbacks with a positive, can-do attitude.
