RESPONSIBILITIES
tracking trailer status and use
assigning trailers to loads
communicating load status to carriers
Contacting carriers for deliveries as needed
tracking storage trailer use and rotation
coordinating with Security on inbound and outbound loads
assisting in any trailer traffic issues
reporting trailer status to corporate
tracking claims
minimizing deficit freight on loads
All other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer skills and ability to learn new programs – Excel, Word, SAP, etc.

Self-motivated
