Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Teacher to join our wellness center. As a Yoga Teacher, you will be responsible for leading group sessions, developing personalized classes, and providing guidance on yoga techniques and philosophy. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about various yoga styles,mudras,possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep commitment to promoting health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Lead yoga classes for groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
• Develop and implement personalized yoga sessions based on needs and goals.
• Instruct and demonstrate yoga poses, meditation techniques, and breathing exercises.
• Provide adjustments and modifications to accommodate individual abilities and limitations.
• Educate on the benefits of yoga and its principles.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Monitor progress and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in yoga practice.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience teaching yoga and proficiency in instructing individuals age groups 1+ to 35 years..
• Certification from a recognized yoga teacher training program.
• Proven experience teaching yoga classes in corporate sessions.
• Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment principles.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and fitness levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred
