We’re hiring a YouTube Manager to take ownership of our video publishing pipeline and channel growth. You will optimize content for SEO, create engaging playlists, and analyze performance. This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who understands YouTube strategy and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and schedule long-form and short-form video content
Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions
Organize and manage video playlists
Monitor analytics and suggest growth strategies
Ensure content aligns with Ayurooms’ brand and messaging
Requirements

2+ year of experience managing YouTube channels
Strong grasp of YouTube SEO and engagement tactics
Proficiency with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ
Basic design skills for thumbnails (Canva preferred)
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
