Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees in a timely and helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the company.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as requested.
• Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
