You will steer the entire people function, including Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Tech and Total Rewards. Strategic Leadership
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resource strategy, directly aligned with Titan's business strategy, focused on cultivating an engaged, high-performing, learning-centric workforce.
2. Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies and execution.
3. Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive/senior management on key organizational and talent management issues.
