Job Overview:- We are looking for a Zoho Books/Inventory/Finance Suite Specialist with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in configuring and managing Zoho Finance applications to streamline financial operations, ensure tax compliance, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities ∙:-
Zoho Books Implementation: Configure tax structures, chart of accounts, and financial reports. ∙
Zoho Inventory Management: Set up inventory workflows, barcode scanning, automation, and stock management. ∙
Financial Data Management: Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial compliance. ∙
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, VAT, sales tax, and other relevant financial regulations. ∙
Client Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support for businesses using Zoho Finance applications.
Preferred Add-Ons (Bonus Skills) :-
Candidates with Zoho development expertise will be given preference, especially in: ∙Customization & Automation: Developing custom workflows, scripts, and functions for financial automation. ∙
Third-Party Integrations: Connecting Zoho Books/Inventory with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems.
API & Scripting: Using Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs for advanced automation. Requirements ∙Experience: -
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Finance Suite. ∙
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, tax compliance, and reconciliations. ∙
Zoho Experience: Expertise in setting up and customizing Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory modules. ∙
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize finance automation workflows. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :-
Zoho Certifications in Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite. ∙Experience with multi-currency accounting and international finance processes.
Background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (CA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus). Experience with Zoho Analytics for financial insights and reporting.
