Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Zoho People and experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
About the Role
The HR executive will focus on HR operations, employee engagement, and designing/delivering training programs using Zoho Peoples LMS module.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and administer Zoho People modules (attendance, leave, performance, onboarding, training, etc.).
• Customize workflows, policies, and reports to align with company HR processes.
• Ensure smooth functioning of employee records, payroll inputs, and compliance.
• Design, develop, and implement LMS curriculum within Zoho People.
• Create engaging training modules (onboarding, compliance, skills development, soft skills, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and convert them into structured programs.
• Track training effectiveness using Zoho People analytics and reporting features.
• Coordinate virtual/in-person training sessions and maintain training records.
• Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting and appraisals in Zoho People.
• Enhance employee engagement through structured learning paths and career development initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR and training-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR policies.
• Generate HR and training reports/analytics for management review.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 26 years of HR experience with hands-on expertise in Zoho People (including LMS module).
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
