Description
• Talent Acquisition process for the entire Zone
• Talent Management
• HR and Admin Data Management
• Compliance Handling
• Zone Administration
• Responsible for the entire Manpower Planning for the Zone including Budget finalization in consultation with the Regional cross functional teams.
• Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, and driving Regional Teams on 100% capacitization as per the approved budget.
• Developed non/low cost hiring sources, reducing cost / hire and robust selection procedures and tools and competency module resulting in recruiting right talent at all levels.
• Managing employee engagement initiatives and effective employee communication channel across Zone, handling employee grievance and initiating disciplinary actions as and when required.
• Managing Appraisal process for Zone and Timely execution of entire Appraisal Process across level, tabulation and data capture in bell curve, co-ordinating constructive feedback, ensuring all employees have their Career Development Plans.
• Key resource in completing HR and Admin Dashboard with necessary data analysis and taking corrective and preventive actions if any.
• Zonal anchor for nominating potential employees for various soft skill progs.
• SPOC for Zone Compliance inclu Trade Lic, Shops & Estab compliance and other necessary labour Acts.
• Managing Zonal level administrative issues, keeping in mind Branch and Regional hygiene factors as well.
3. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Post Graduate degree / diploma in HR mandatory.
Minimum 8+ years of experience into HR with minimum 2 years as a Manager with team handling capacity
Proficient in handling advanced MS Excel and Power Point Strong communication skill (Written & verbal)
Willing to travel.
4. Team Size (Mention Direct & Indirect Reporting’s)
2 – Asst. Managers (Direct) and 4 Execs (Indirect)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA/PGDM
CTC Range - 12 lkh ~ 13 lkh
