Roles and Responsibilities
The role will Lead guide the State HR team members drive various HR related initiatives.
Ensure smooth onboarding of all new joinees and regular connect to understand the challenges faced by the new joinee.
Ensure Branch / State level connect through regular Branch visits. Capture feedback and ensure the same is shared with various stakeholders.
Build proactive measures around employee retention especially retention of high performers.
To track recruitments as per the manpower planning activity within assigned TAT and support the Talent Acquisition team during various follow ups.
Ensure quality hires which is in line with the business requirements.
Continuous engagement with stakeholders for timely closure of performance appraisals across all levels at zonal level within defined timelines
Ensure closure of confirmation appraisals etc. are closed within TAT.
Work closely with all HR team members to understand the need and focus areas for better business HR deliverables.
Maintain employee master database hygiene and ensure continuous check and updating the same.
• Drive engagement initiatives by ensuring participation of employees in the employee engagement surveys conducted from time to time.
Supporting the Corporate HR team for driving various initiatives i.e., cultural events, festive celebrations etc. at State / Zonal level.
Support business team to ensure active participation in the reward and recognition schemes, value awards etc. percolate the same across state offices.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations including Disciplinary cases
