Mission:
The purpose of the Zonal Manager role is to be the face of the organization in the region for driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The person in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, while also developing and executing the regional business strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales and operations team to achieve organization overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for all channels to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability in the assigned zone. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ensuring operational excellence across all business areas, including laboratory operations, logistics, and customer service. Ensure that the business complies with all relevant regulations and standards, and implementing processes to maintain quality.
Customer Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, doctors, Corporates and other influencers in the healthcare industry. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned zone and expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
People Management:
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that employees are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with the organization’s objectives. . This includes coaching and mentoring team members, and managing performance and development.
• Drive team performance for business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor the people performance, sales performance, operational efficiency, and other financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, financial management, and team leadership in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of delivering results in sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Multitasking, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
