Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ZSM (3rd Line) Pharma Sales professional specializing in Ophthalmology. The role is based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include managing regional sales operations, developing and executing business strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and overseeing a team of area sales managers to achieve sales targets. The ZSM will also be tasked with motivating the team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring optimal performance in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Account Management
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and expertise in the Ophthalmology domain
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic sales execution
• Proven ability in managing and leading sales teams effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant educational qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
• Previous managerial experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
