Job Purpose:
Location: Jaipur, Sirsa, Fatehabad
We are seeking a dynamic Category– Cattle Feed & Health to drive revenue growth in Rajasthan. The role involves close coordination with sales teams as well as on ground presence, building relationships with retailers, engaging with farmers, and ensuring the success of the cattle feed and health category.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management :
2. Drive sales performance for the cattle feed and health category in the assigned area.
3. Achieve revenue and gross margin (GM) targets set for the category.
4. Execute strategies to maximize product liquidation and market penetration.
5. Retailer/Distributor Engagement :
6. Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with new and existing retailers.
7. Provide product training and marketing support to retailers to boost sales.
8. Farmer Outreach & Engagement:
+. Organize and conduct farmer meetings to promote awareness of cattle feed and health products.
10. Team Coordination:
11. Work closely with the sales team in various areas to achieve category targets and operational efficiency.
12. Provide regular updates, guidance, and motivation to the team to maintain high performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ allied field, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-5 years of experience in sales, category management, or a related role in the agribusiness or dairy sector.
3. Strong knowledge of cattle feed and health products, including farmer and retailer engagement.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
