Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five years of experience, exhibits a genuine passion for practicing family law, demonstrates exceptional writing and organizational abilities, pays meticulous attention to detail, upholds a strong work ethic, and adeptly manages multiple tasks with prioritization skills
The associate actively participates in court appearances, oral arguments, and conducts/takes defenses in depositions
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney
Must be licensed to practice law in the state
Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
Strong research and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
