In this dual-role position, you will oversee key financial processes while driving efficient project management across various teams.You will work very closely with the Head of Operations and the Founder.You will play a critical role in managing our financial operations,accounting, GST filing, and reporting, while ensuring that our delivery projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time.Location: Bengaluru(Hybrid)Pay & Perks:We included this first because we know you wanted to read this.We're looking to pay INR 4.8-6 LPA, other than that the following is also given separately:1. Insurance2. Monthly stipend for upskilling like books, courses, etc.3. Company laptop (Macbook air)4. Team dinner reimbursements.(We're in a fast growth phase)Qualification:- Semi Qualified CA- 1-2 years of experience.Requirements:- Knowledge of Accrual accounting, TDS, GST, MIS,- Prior experience with Zoho Books preferred- Experience with project/task management software- Strong written and verbal English communication skills- Excellent attention to detail- Problem-solving abilities- Effective time management skills- Highly organizedNice-to-Have Skills:- Experience with ClickUp- Previous agency experience- Background in project managementResponsibilities:Finance responsibilities- Accrual accounting (Accounts receivables, Accounts payable)- Filing GST and TDS return- GST reconciliation- Coordinating audit- Tax filing- Treasury Management (foreign payments, collection, bank reconciliation)- Creating reports for the leadership teamProject management responsibilities- Create and manage tasks in ClickUp- Oversee project workflows and maintain the Project Dashboard- Maintain and update ClickUp as needed- Attend Weekly All Hands, Ops Team meetings, Bi-Weekly 1:1s, and other team/ad-hoc calls as requiredCulture1.
