Responsibilities
Driving Sales & Marketing efforts
Perform outbound calling to potential leads
Qualify prospective clients by carrying consultative sales discussions, regarding the company and services we offer
Schedule potential clients to meet with leadership, and organize rescheduling calls or meetings
Uphold collaboration in a teamwork environment, by assisting management as needed with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews, and helping with payroll
Maintain and update CRM system with contacts and potential leads
Draft emails and correspondences
Execute email marketing and follow-ups
Assist with printing, scanning, faxing, and uploading of documents
Maintain office supplies and office organization

• College degree (Associates) or current enrollment in college program such as business administration, management, communications, or related field is preferred.
