About the Role
Due to unprecedent growth in student enrolment numbers, the School is seeking secondary teachers for 2025 in the below subject areas:
Mathematics Teacher - Mathematical Methods and Specialist (Years 10 - 12)
Mathematics Teacher - (Years 7 - 10)
Chemistry Teachers (Years 10 - 12)
Physics Teachers - (Years 10 - 12)
Junior Science Teachers (Years 7 - +)

Some the primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning and delivering highly engaging lessons in collaboration with members of the teaching team
Developing a culture of high expectations for all students
Providing feedback to students and parents via the Continuous Reporting system
Using data to analyse the progress of students and to review teaching and learning strategies.
Developing strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents
Candidate Profile
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
If you are an early career teacher who possesses an aptitude to be mentored by leading teachers in the field.
Demonstrated high-level organisational, networking and problem-solving skills.
Proven subject expertise and the ability to teach inclusively across a broad age and ability range.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, who has the ability to engage and inspire.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A desire to work collaboratively and positively with a diversity of personnel
Enthusiastic commitment to participating in the School's pastoral and cocurricular programme
