OurHuman ResourcesGraduate Program is open to candidates basedin Gadigal Country (Sydney), commencingon8 February 2027. This isan 18-month full-time programthat offers multiple rotationsand exposure acrossyour chosen field.

WhatYoullDo
As aHumanResourceGraduate,youllgain broad,hands-onexperience across IAGs people function, working closely with experienced HR professionals and supporting initiatives that shape the employee experience across the organisation.
Make ameaningful contributionacross a large,complex peoplefunction, learningfrom HR expertsand gainingexposure across multiple specialisations
Build capability across Foundational HR (people operations, people assistance/advice and strategy), Growing HR (HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition) and Specialist HR (Safety& Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Remuneration& Benefits)
Support People Operations and People Connect teams with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding and employee changes
Respond to and help resolvepeople-related matters, providingtimelypeople support and guidance
Support stakeholders with managing people and performance-related matters, partnering to deliver practical outcomes
Assistwithremunerationbenchmarking and reviewactivities, and support people strategy and people plan initiatives includingDiversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)culture andcapabilityprograms
What You'll Bring
Youllbe motivated, curious andpeoplefocused, with a strong interest in building a career inPeopleand Culture.
A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026 ideally from Human Resources Management, Legal,Business, Psychology, Economic, Finance or related disciplines
A credit average achievement(65%+)
Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or you hold valid work rights in Australiafor the duration of the program
Adriven, enthusiastic, team-focusedmindset
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
Ability to workat least 2 days per weekin the Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) officein line with our hybrid working approach
