OurHuman ResourceGraduate Program is open to candidates basedinGadigal Country (Sydney),commencingon8 February 2027. This isan 18-month full-time programthat offers multiple rotations and exposureacrossyour chosen field.

WhatYoullDo
Join the Graduate Program in one of two specialities (Human Resources or Communications) gaining hands-on experience, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to work that shapes IAGs people experience and reputation.
As a Human Resources Graduate in our People, Performance& Reputation division:
Support our People Operations and People Connect teams with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding and employee enquiries
Work with stakeholders to manage people and performance-related matters helping to deliver practical and timely outcomes
Assist withremunerationbenchmarking and review activities
Support with people strategy, people plan initiatives including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI),cultureand capability programs
As a Communications& Corporate Affairs Graduate in our People, Performance& Reputation division:
Support the development and delivery ofmulti-brand content strategies and campaigns
Help amplify our advocacy campaignsacross owned platforms and channelsto key stakeholder audiences
Develop written materials to support internal corporate communications and sustainability team initiatives

Auniversity degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026
A credit average achievement(65%+)

Ability to workat least2days per weekin theGadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney)officein line with our hybrid working approach
