ContentCAB.IN, the Pune-based division of America’s oldest and most trusted coupon and promo code platform, is hiring Second Shift Senior BPO Content Executives (Non-Voice) to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art Koregaon Park office.
About the Role
As a Senior BPO Content Executive (Non-Voice) on the Second Shift, you will play a key role in sourcing, testing, and maintaining coupon content for a major U.S. website. You will work in a structured, browser-based workflow focused on accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Navigate browser-based tools to identify, test, and update coupon data
Manually add new coupons and update existing listings using standard formatting
Meet daily productivity targets by following established guidelines
Implement feedback to continually improve accuracy and efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with software applications
Excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Organized and efficient in managing tasks independently
Comfortable following detailed, structured workflows
Willing to work from our Koregaon Park office (remote work is not available)
Strong time management and focus
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Computers preferred

Hiring Process:
Candidates shortlisted for the Senior BPO Content Executive role will participate in up to three evaluation rounds:
Round 1: 30-minute informal online self-assessment
Round 2: 20-minute Zoom assessment with a Senior Operations Manager
Round 3: 30-minute in-person English assessment and interview at our Koregaon Park office with the Head of HR
