Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CA - Inter/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant at Active Bean Counter Private Limited. The role involves day-to-day financial tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, accounts reconciliation, VAT management, bank reconciliations, operational analytics, and cash flow analysis. The position also includes tasks related to sales analysis, benchmarking, procurement, growth opportunities forecasting, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Day-to-Day Financials, including bookkeeping and payroll
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience Required
- Experience in Accounts Reconciliation, VAT management, and Bank Reconciliations
- Skills in Operational Analytics, Cashflow Analysis, and Sales Analysis
- Understanding of Benchmarking, Trends, and KPIs
- Experience in Procurement, Menu and Profit Optimization, and Business Forecasting
- Ability to work on pre-opening budgeting and variance consulting
- Familiarity with optimized staff scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
