40/hr - Kinship Supervising Social Worker - (South West England)
Contract - Full time - Hybrid Working
Looking to step down from the unreasonable caseload that social workers are burdened with, and take on a more relaxed role at the same time?
We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for social workers to take on the role of Supervising Social Worker, working with Kinship foster carers. This role will be paying an attractive rate in exchange for your experience and willingness to advise foster carers.
About The Role
• All cases are post-approval.
• Working solely with Kinship/Connected carers cases.
What We Offer You
• A generous rate of up to 40/hr.
• Mostly hybrid working options
• 6+ month rolling contracts
• Free parking on site
• Mileage cover
What You'll Bring To The Table
• Social Work qualification
• Managerial Experience at any level preferred
• Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
• Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
• DBS Checked
